BESPOKE STORAGE · WORTHING

Made to fit beneath the stairs.

Bespoke open shelving built beneath a Worthing staircase, turning an awkward sloping space into useful storage.

THE WORK

Every part of the space counts.

I removed the old panels and built the open shelving as one fitted unit beneath the Worthing staircase.

The compartments follow the slope of the stairs, making room for different sized items without crowding the hallway. The blue backing and timber-toned shelves give the storage a considered finish.
